Though this may seem cliche to some, to me this is how my love of real estate began. I was born on the California Coast and raised in the foothills of Tahoe. My Father was a real estate professional for many years, and as I grew up, I spent many Saturdays and Sundays sitting in the corner of open houses reading quietly, greeting the guests as they stopped by to see their potential new home, and playing in the magical gardens that were just waiting for people to move in and create new memories and life there. I loved those moments, and they are memories that have stuck with me throughout the years. As soon as I was 18, I wanted to get my real estate license and follow in my Dad’s footsteps. I was very wisely told; I was too young and that I needed some life experience for people to trust me with such a big decision. So off to college, I went. During my 24+ years in the Real Estate Industry, I have been a real estate professional, a WA State Lic. Real Estate Instructor, Marketing Manager for Title; Escrow, Mortgage Broker, and Account Manager for a Wholesale Lender. I am a certified Global Luxury Realtor with Coldwell Banker. To qualify to take the course for certification required having success in the business and sales of homes at or above luxury value over a 2-year period. A few years ago, I decided to get the certification. For me being a certified Global Luxury realtor is more than home value, whether a high-end luxury home, family home, or manufactured home: Global Luxury is a level of service I provide to ALL my clients.
